Is it possible on an XL to install footwell/ambient lighting that either turns on when the door opens or when you flip the switch to turn on the front and back lights? I assume there is a wire that can be tapped that powers the map lights to do this. Has anyone done it before?

My Kuat transfer will not allow the tailgate to go all the way down. Anyone have recommendations? I'm not talking about a frame rack, but one that the tires sit on.

I just installed the ford mud flaps. I noticed, especially with the rear, they somewhat look like sails sticking out the side. Any thoughts on them affecting mpg?
