I just installed the ford mud flaps. I noticed, especially with the rear, they somewhat look like sails sticking out the side. Any thoughts on them affecting mpg?

I installed those on my hybrid a couple months after getting the truck. I didn't lose any mpg or notice any wind noise added.

I have the rock blockz mudflaps all around and haven’t noticed a difference in noise, performance or gas mileage on my ecoboost AWD.

your weight will do more to decrease the mileage than mud flaps. If you load it up with 1500#’s you will see a reAl reduction in mpg.

You don't have them sticking out farther that the tires do you? I put Rokblokz on mine & didn't notice any difference in mileage.
