Are bed rail screws M8x1.25x28 and tie down screw on bed floor M6x1.0x25?

I'm seeing conflicting information. Anyone care to clarify? Also, is the maximum length of the bed rails 30" or 40"?

Yes, they accept a M6x1.0 bolt IF they have threads. The OEM screws are thread forming so they create their own. These appear to be a good alternative to the Ford screws and tie down cleats https://a.co/jie6W98 and https://a.co/3ZBTrun.
