I kind of knew it was getting close. When CSX says "empty, left customer location" I knew it was just a matter of a few days (knowing the travel time to the Sound).....My dealer was really never quick to reply to questions, only when I added items to order, etc. It's been a long 11.5 months...

Looks promising.....I assumed the same as your BNSF call describes! Wonder what convoy/truck delivery will be. My chat delivery time to dealer is 12-09. I believe we averted the rail strike!!🤣

My CSX railcar robot says that my truck was released "Empty", "by the customer" at 9:00 am this morning from Barns Yard, UP, Portland.....nice! getting there. Probably sharing a ride with Paneubert.......

I used CSX for the last week and was pretty accurate.....last leg of the rail trip seems a little weird. Others on MTC had their trucks sent to various cities via train.......

Thanks for the response. Yes, I think u have to be in the Biz/dealership for it to work. Any idea what the at "Customer location" refers to... guess I'm just being a little impatient.....

My truck shipped via rail on 11-17 and has been chugging along. It arrived in East Portland on 11-27, then this AM via the CSX rail robot it says that it's at the "Customer Location" somewhere in Oregon. I live in Wa state and called my dealership and they don't have a clue as to where it might...

Called chat, got my ttgx number, called CSX number, entered rail car number per your post......working well so far with trains current location for today! works great! 👍

Thanks! She mentioned it was at Nogales junction presently but she said that there was no rail car number displayed as of now. I will mention secondary status when I call in the morning........

I have a call to my dealer, Chat said "I don't have that info". Depends on the chat rep u get...Guess it's hit and miss with them! ☹️
