Guys, quick update on my order. Just checked with Ford Chat and was told my vehicle is scheduled to be built 11/16. This is the first time I have received a build DAY vs. a build WEEK.

I'm hesitant to allow myself too much hope, but take this as a positive sign. I will continue to keep you all posted.

How long does a truck take to get built once it hits the line? If a truck takes 2 days to build, for example, and the last day the line is running for '22 trucks is Friday, does that mean Thursday is the last day for a new build to get started?

I did think 11/14 was the last week, but if 11/23 is the last of the 22 build days, I guess my week-of-11/14 truck could start on Friday and finish before the lines switch over to 23.

I'm trying to be very dialed in on the process so I can contact my dealer immediately if my truck somehow becomes a cancelled '22 order and I need to convert to a '23.

I am hoping to get into "built" status later today or tomorrow and holding out hope my truck may ship out by week's end.

No more updates, build day call-outs, etc.

Just keep checking the modules, I've been checking my father's build which was sent to plant on 10/31 and only today more than two weeks later did the modules populate.

Built today-11-15...now the long wait for shipping (2-3 weeks) to the PNW, barring any rail strikes!

OK folks. So, today I checked again with Ford Chat. My truck has now been "released to body company," which is where they put on all the luxury package stuff such as bed liner, cargo rails, power outlet in bed, etc.

The chat agent says my ETA "for updates" is Dec. 18, which seems pretty far out. Prior to being built this week, I had a build day of 11/16 and estimated delivery to dealer of 12/7. So, I could see the estimated delivery date being 12/18, but the estimate just to get an update? Something doesn't seem right there.

For other folks with the XLT LUX Package, how long from being sent to the body company was your truck received back and shipped out? I'm really hoping this will all take place in a few days time...

That's great news. Mine was on the ramp and the train started to move very next day. And it just took another day to reach the US side, Nogales, AZ.

It was off train in Kansas City 11/11. Then I guess it just waited there for truck transporting to Granger. I hasn't bothered to check yet because I kind of estimated to fly to Des Moines on either 12/03 or 12/10, more like 12/10 to pick up.
