I'd reach out to your dealer at this point. They can see where the truck is and should be on the lookout for it to arrive on the lot as early as next week.

You can get it from your dealer or Ford Chat. I got it both ways!

I have a call to my dealer, Chat said "I don't have that info". Depends on the chat rep u get...Guess it's hit and miss with them!

it's in the "secondary status." They can see it!
Primary status will be "in transit" and "secondary status" will have rail car info and latest known location.

She mentioned it was at Nogales junction presently but she said that there was no rail car number displayed as of now. I will mention secondary status when I call in the morning........

Have to admit I am getting nervous although probably unnecessarily? I have been 'In Production' since the Window Sticker invoice date of 11/2 (I know the plant was shut down last week); all information looks good on the Sticker; Ford Chat said i'm in production this week etc, but my Build Day was supposed to be 11/15 and so far no modules and no tracker update for an actual production date...

That's what Ford said about mine. I would give it a few more days. Mine said "In Production" for two weeks before the date popped.

My father's was "in production" since invoice date of 10/31 yesterday got the built email and early this morning got the shipped email so I wouldn't worry too much. You're probably right there

Just received notification today that my 22 is built and shipped! Slated for build week of the Nov 14th, so that part held up in my case. Supposed to arrive at the dealer between 8th-14th December (Long McArthur). So stoked!

Also, just a note for anyone tracking, I tried CSX first because the tracker info on MTC said they handle everything East of the Mississippi, but it didn't work. So, I tried Union Pacific and it worked. Even though the shipment is coming east, it was picked up west, so keep that in mind if you are trying to track your truck via the railroads' automated tracing system.

After reading all your posts, I had no idea I could get the info from Ford chat. So, I just did Chat and got some information, but not what I wanted to hear. See if you all can make sense of this mess:

11/07/22 - Received my "shipped" email at 4am
11/10/22 - Text my dealer on Nov 10, asking for rail info and they told me it had "arrived at a Pennsylvania Junction yard, however no rail car information."
11/18/22 - via ford chat - "Your vehicle was received in Burnham, IL on 11/18/22."
WTH is it doing in IL? I live in DE. She confirmed my VIN and dealer and she stated that my truck "should not have to go through PA unless it's going to backtrack". But then where does she think Burnham, IL is?? It's further west and North from PA! She did say it was "transported via Norfolk Southern Corp, but no convoy carrier or rail car number was noted."

Why does no one have my rail car info? Ugh, so disappointed to hear this today.
I have not whined about any of this until now - I hit my wall. LOL
