My 2023 delivered in August 2023 has had no brake issue and i was looking for it. I assume it has the latest software. So it sounds like software does really fix the issue. I was worried when i got mine the past August.

At first I would agree with you BUT is the motor strong enough to drive the car all by itself. On my current hybrid I need to accelerate really slowly or the engine fires up. I don't think the battery is depleted its just the electric motor doesn't have enough power. . I guess we need to know...

Okay so they all come with this tiny oil filter. Seems to me people going 7500 miles for first oil change is a big mistake.

Sounds like he wants a plug in hybrid. If they ever do make one it will be like 5 grand more going by the price difference on the prius regular verse plug in. For me In doubt I would ever break even .
