Ford I guess bought patents from Aisin? I watched video on youtube and fords unit looks identical to the Aisin one. Seemed like a straight out steal by Ford. Unless they bought a patent or patent was no longer good.

I sat at auto show in back of Tacoma that is what I thought about that model too compared to the Mav at show. . Less leg room. I was amazed. They had no 2023 Chevy colorado at show BUT it sounds like the same as Tacoma as far as leg room. BUT the Tacoma was wider. .Chevy is nice looking to me.

If I had no money issues i would get either the Mid size chevy of Tacoma. Not too big but much safer. Being up high saves your butt at times. Thinking of dear hits is one. Bigger is almost always safer.

Drop the atkinson cycle engine. I doubt it. Atkinson cycle while less power per size gets better MPG Hybrids are about MPG not power. Hence you get non hybrid 2.0 turbo if you want power.

Flipping a vehicle seems like a fair amount of work to me. So I doubt its as rampant as you seem to think. this is ALL on FORD.

Heck order 20. FORD caused this issue so if everyone orders 20 Ford deserves it. I would say at least 4 orders for 2024. problem is finding 4 dealers you could trust NOT to rip you off if it comes in. .

I like the Mav BUT it sure isn't worth thousands above MSRP . MSRP was a rip off just a few years ago. Norm was a grand or two below. IKf desperate buy something else sell in 3 years buy a Mav. BUT if your old 70 plus have the money before you die sure go for it.
