Actually pretty light for 17" steelies.
My old Subaru had 16x6.5 steelies that weigh 29 lbs each, which I replaced with OEM (Enkei) alloys at 16 lbs each. Shaving 52 lbs of unsprung & rotating weight makes a big difference. The 16x7 steelies on my current Tacoma weigh 30 lbs each.
There are already tuning chip makers claiming to get to 300hp 350lbft for less than a grand.

You don't want that engine. They've been stuffing various versions of the thing into European econo-boxes for almost 20 years and they all eventually end up with cooling problems.
This might be the best idea so far. Maybe mount the phone in a way that lets you use the camera as a dash cam too. Ford should really make this cubby a part of their FITS system so we can 3D print something.
