Thank you. This is an older style tow bar called stowmaster 5000, it is a folding one that stays on the road but also has a quick disconnect to easilily remove it while not in use.
Roadmaster sent me a universal diode wiring light kit along with the base plates. I have only plugged them in one time for testing. They worked. The Roadmaster requires that the lower shutters be cut off and that made me very hesitant but it's done now. I understand that the blue ox set does...
Hello Low-ball, I haven't had a chance to tow my Maverick yet but it is set up and ready to go. I did practice switching it to Neutral Tow mode as described in the manual. Pretty easy. Can't wait to tow it behind the motorhome. I have the Roadmaster set up along with my old break buddy brake...
Thanks Chicago Mike for your response. If it happens to mine, I will definitely remove it from the app as I do believe it might be the problem. I am in El Paso and will keep Viva Ford in mind. Thanks again!
Chicago Mike, sorry to hear about the issue, hope it is completely resolved quickly. I am at 2300 miles on mine, keeping my fingers crossed it does not occur. I am connected to Ford Pass and have the wifi on, left it untouched for 10 days while out on vacation. It started up and no messages have...
Munchcolo, I was hesitant about removing the shutters and even asked the installation company to save them. They had to be cut so there was no saving the lower shutters. The top ones remained intact. I won't be selling mine anytime soon but my guess is that a new shutter would need to be ordered...
Mavito, you can purchase the plug and play wire harness from Gus at hoelwiring.com and you won't have to splice into your speakers as another option. Hope this helps.
Mavito, I connected the sub remote to the radio harness yellow wire. It comes on with the head unit and turns off at 30 second - 3 minutes after exiting and locking the truck. I used a simple screw tap. The radio harness is accessed by removing the AC vent cover and lifting the black foam cover...
My Rockville USS10 Sub Install behind rear seat. Hope it helps someone.

I made some adjustments following the basic instructions on the booklet. It made a big difference. I am able to turn it up pretty high now and it remains clear. I am much happier with the result now.
Update.
The Rockville turned ok, I'm not an audio file but it made my basic system sound much better filling in the missing base and it fills up the cabin with clear sound.
