It may have fallen down to the bottom of the fender. If missing, Although used, it is still under mfg warranty and Ford should replace it. It won't hurt to ask?? Good luck.
Paul, suggest you try it using another trailer or with a magnetic set first. The problem may be with your trailer lights. Make sure it's grounded well. My 4 pin plug works without the adapter. Hope this helps. Good luck.
The Hater, I too would like to know about the sudden increase of air from the AC blower. This recently happened on a 3 hour road trip. I don't have anything blocking my sensors or covering any part of my grill. Not a big deal but unusual to any vehicle I have ever owned.
Chris_G, I used a wire harness adaptor for my Sub. Kept all the factory speakers. The sub really made a big improvement so I ended up leaving all my stock speakers. Just my 2 cents. Good luck. Here is the info just in case.

I have the Roadmaster base plates with the old brake buddy brake system installed on my XL Hybrid. There is a rubber grommet on the firewall, drivers side which is easily removed and can easily be modified with a hole to slip in a wire or cable if needed.

I did not make any changes on my ABS because it already had the same number listed on the post which I found to be odd?? It already had "ABS - 760-03-02 0200 0000 0573"
