With decades of using plain vanilla cruise control, I’m still happy with just that and not the adaptive type. Not a fan of lane keeping either, but of course they are all good safety features if you like them.
cylinders 2 and 4 are misfiring. I don't know if this engine has 2+4 on the same cycle, but if so that could be a clue to diagnose the misfire. I'd guess they're just asking about the exhaust to find out all the info they can to narrow down the possible causes.

3/4 of a tank and the readout said 50.2mpg. With the amount I put in the tank it was more like 47.9mpg. I was happy the miles to empty would have been 666.

I’d guess that the newest techs are working the quick lane oil changes, not an excuse, but it explains a lot. Hopefully the service writer is letting them know they need to do better.
