Same story here, bought in Charlotte early August, SC plates didn’t come till last week before paper tag expired. There was some SC specific form that the dealer didn’t do at first, have to provide proof of SC residency, so hopefully they took care of that.

I had to scrape some ice off the truck the other day, even here in SC it hit 32 degrees! A small window scraper fits in the door at least!

I'd agree that you should still rotate, a typical front or rear wheel drive car will show more wear on the drive tires, even my 2011 Camry did.

I'd say it would at least be worth asking, "hey, my original order said no charge, what can you do?"

Rock Hill, just got a 2023 Hybrid XLT Carbonized Gray Metallic off the lot up in Huntersville NC. I ordered a 2024 Chili Pepper Red, we'll see what happens if it ever comes in.
