The issue they have is the ADM on ordered vehicles. That makes people mad because they agreed to a price and then they can't have the vehicle they ordered at that price.
I don't think they care about the markup on dealer stock vehicles, which are virtually non-existent these days.
No, I don't want to protect Ford. I'm simply pointing out that those who buy hundreds of a product get better treatment than those who buy one from ANY company.
But sure, be arrogant and be wrong.
You may not be wrong.

Weak car sales weighed on overall spending last month, as the price of new and used vehicles continued to surge higher amid supply chain constraints and persisting shortages, and the cost...
So arrogant. And so wrong.
But go on, prove me wrong Tell me all about the business you run and how you give priority to people who only buy one thing from you every five to ten years over people who buy dozens or hundreds of things every year.
And then show me the financial statements so I...
Virtually every business extends discounts to wholesale buyers versus retail buyers. And they take care of their wholesale buyers first.
When you start your own auto manufacturer, you can do it your way. In the meantime, that's not how it works.
It's a truck, not a sports car. And it's actually not that bad. It's 20 feet. To put that in perspective, the Mustang has a turning radius of around 18.5 feet.
You are the second person to remind me of this. And it would be KPG. Knots per gallon.
I just want to know if the Maverick is capable of doing a swim by of a submarine at over 30 knots.
It's a new vehicle made in a supply chain constrained world.
There will be issues with some vehicles that don't show up no matter how much testing they do.
It sucks if you happened to get the one in ten thousand defect on yours. But it's not because they didn't test thoroughly or rushed the...
I've had mine for two months. It does what I bought it for and does it well. The only thing I don't like is that I had to wait eight months for it. But I understand that in the supply constrained world we live in, that can't be helped.
There's a hill I go down on a freeway near my home. When I pop the clutch for the Mustang and let it ride, I can pick up around 10 mph if there are no vehicles in front of me that I need to brake for.
With the Maverick, I lose speed going down that hill if I take my foot off the gas.
I don't...
Better acceleration and a stiffer suspension that allows me to feel the road more. Again, it's difficult to compare what I'm used to in a sports car to a truck. But then, I also think the Maverick is super quiet.
Tradeoffs, man.
I tried it and I was hard pressed to find a difference. And for that, whatever difference there is in gas mileage between normal and sport modes isn't worth paying.
