They're the same as the phone controls. So you may have hit the button that chooses the prior or next preset station.
With the way it has the presets arranged, scrolling across the page, those buttons are nice to have.
So far, everything has been good with my Maverick except for one little quirk. I got the truck last Wednesday and put it to use. Then on Friday, when I went to do a supply run, the clock had reset. I set the clock to the correct time and wondered if it would reset again between Friday and today...
I have no idea how it happened. Ford gave me an estimated delivery date of April 22-28 as well.
Essentially, what I'm saying is that trying to come up with an estimate of when someone's truck will arrive is just like using this.
Not necessarily.
I got a build week of March 28. The truck actually got built starting March 31. It showed shipped midweek during the first full week of April (I don't recall the exact day).
And I drove it off the dealer's lot on the 13th.
You're the one driving the truck in the end. If it works for what you need, you're good to go and who cares what some reviewer says?
Thus far, the only thing I'd like to have changed, and it's a minor thing, is to have Sirius XM available on the XL. Yeah, I'll be able to use it with Android...
Seems like we've seen this a lot.
Dealer doesn't enter order correctly. Dealer realizes that customer will not get truck built. Dealer places blame on Ford hoping that customer will not investigate any further.
Yeah, you screwed up and you're going to have one pissed off customer.
That...
Is the 1990 Silverado I replaced a truck? Well, then, since the Maverick hauls as much and actually can tow MORE in the base configuration, how is it not a truck?
I'd give them a B. Not because of anything they did with the pricing or financing. But because they didn't prep the truck ahead of time and because they messed up on the security system I had them install.
They said they are doing ADMs but they fully disclose them to the customer ahead of time...
I was bad about this. I posted a new thread instead of coming back here. Rather than reinvent the wheel, I'll just give you the link.

Okay, there are two possibilities.
You're either trolling us all.
Or you want WAY more information than the rest of us do.
If it's the first one, nicely done, sir.
If it's the second, I just don't know what to tell you.
It's hard to control a vehicle you no longer own. That's Ford's dillema.
I personally don't have a problem with taking the dealer's financing and then paying it off with a check as soon as the paperwork is done. Do they make more money on it? Yes, they do.
But it's not coming out of my pocket...
Okay, he's just an asshole. No reason to even give you a second glance.
That seems like a lot of information that doesn't do much to add to your driving experience. I can select a lot of that on my Mustang and you know how often I look at it?
Almost never. 🤷
It doesn't matter to me because I'll be paying the balance off as soon as I get the loan paperwork from Fifth Third.
I was hoping to put the entire balance on my Amex but they only allowed me to do $5K on that. I get it, the holdback is three percent so they can't have credit card fees eating...
This is painful for me to read. I recently put 20 inch Pilot 4S tires on my Mustang. The bill was around two grand.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Get a performance vehicle, pay performance vehicle prices. Doesn't make it any less painful.
