The Mav has plenty of power and doesn’t struggle to maintain speed in the city or on the highway. But it’s nothing at all like the A3. The Mav has power, the A3 is quick. That’s the best way I can explain it. I definitely like driving the A3 better but it would be shit for towing my boat.

My wife has an A3 so I already have the best of both worlds by having a Maverick for truck things and an A3 for sporty things. But every time I drive the Audi I get a slight tinge of regret for not getting one for myself. If an Audi pickup was anywhere near the A3 in drivability I’d be all over...

I’m in Canada, my price on the floor mats was in CDN. To get the equivalent Weathertech mats to me I was over $300 before taxes unfortunately.

Picked up my new Area 51 from dealer stock today. Had an Oxford White on order, but I got the options I wanted in this one and the Area 51 is growing on me very quickly. No mods yet other than to get some paw prints on the back seat, she approves of the new hauler.

Picked up my new Maverick today, so far the only thing I’ve done to it is to get the windex out to clean forehead smudges off my drivers side windows from people scoping the interior before I drove it home today.

A lack of pass ovation would cause spots of rust and pitting of the stainless fastener, not rust over the entire head of the screw like the op has shown. Those just look like a very poorly coated steel screw. Those are steel fasteners, I have no doubt.

Yikes, that fishing pole rack looks sketchy even with a 2 piece rod. I have a ton of 1 piece rods that I’m still not sure where I’ll put them when I’m not taking the boat, but that rack definitely won’t be an option for me. I’m still hoping I can fit them inside the cab without too much trouble.
