So I'll be honest I read the same on using ACC with towing but I wanted to try it and to my surprise it really didn't load the turbo or motor hard enough to concern me. It honestly drove similar to my 6.0 I used to have but when it drop shifted it was very smooth. I think if I had been at a full...
The Tremor isn't really a different suspension. Tuned differently and a slight lift yes but the system is the same. What's different is the twin clutch which is more so a drivetrain component. The suspension in all the AWD models is the same in design.
I paid for the basic coverage. I think it was 188 for the one way rental and 70 for the insurance. I wouldn't for a intown gig but for a long haul I decided to play it safe.
Thank you!
Cabin noise is really non issue. The Acoustic windshield on the lariat does a fantastic job. You'll get some noise from the passenger windows from the mirror but it's very much minor. It's quieter than my 17' Outback Limited I had before the Mav.
Passing was easy peezy, never a...
So I finally got to use my little Maverick to move some decent weight and get a feel for how it handles it. Earlier this week I moved from San Antonio, TX back to Cleveland, Ohio and brought all my belongings out of My GFs apartment. No we did not break up, but I got a job offer and had to move...
Soft roll up guy. I like how quick and easy they are and when rolled up minimal bed and back window obstruction. I load bikes and dirtbikes often so that's my driving factor. Went with a ProX15.
Thanks, yea it was a bit bumpy but in the end I made it home alive. I'm going to do a write up on the trip but I'll say it went really good. Here's a teaser....about 2700lbs of payload on the maverick and here's the results.
These are terrible screen shots but if you see in the plant production break down they've built around 96k Mavericks.
About 25k in CY21 and 71k in CY22 and both are considered MY22
Just do it as the situation seems fit. I've lost a key in the literal desert riding moto before and for that ill use the keypad tactic for when I'm out adventuring. Most other places I want to use remote start(not the app) so I'll bring the key in(mainly in winter).
Uhauls roadside. 7 hours later back on the road. This was at about mile 1100 out of 1450 going from San antonio Texas to Cleveland ohio. To be fair i caught some road debris I couldn't avoid that blew the tire. Then limping it a half mile to the exit, turned off to get to the Loves 200 yards...
