Pretty solid break down. The Maverick to me seems like the car for prior truck guys looking to downsize. The SC is for CUV/car people looking for a bed.
This isn't ford specific. This is a dealer thing and every brand is having issues with in demand vehicles. Shit you can't even order some cars without agreeing to 10k over.

Mine was built last week of April and has it. One guy commented that his was built first week of May and he doesn't. That seems like the cutoff.
I'm not to sure if trims effect it but this change is across multiple ford lines including escape, BS, Bronco and f150 just off the top of my head.
So I got those zig zaggy amazon ones.
Fit great and look decent. Definitely think for 20$ it lends to the oh so sophisticated posh lariat look lol
Brake pedal was pretty easy, gas took a bit more manipulation to get it on but they worked out well and feel secure.
I have never experienced a OEM NAV any where close to being as user friendly, accurate, and supported regularly as Google maps via android auto.
Now with that, the non-Lariat Lux models are suffering a bit on the AA/carplay experience but from a manufacturing stand point it doesn't make sense...
