Opening the rear slider eliminates any buffeting. I have sensitive ears to it. On my outback it happened a lot. F150 and maverick with a powered rear slider, not an issue. Like you said, not a defect just a result of specific design.
6 months 11k Miles.
Only flaws I've had are some rattles on high base in the front passenger door and one in the driver B pillar(fixed). Paints held up great, drives fine in all regards and is comfortable. Maybe its lipstick maybe it's not but the Lariat Lux radio has yet to have a single issue...
It absolutely does in auto when outside is under a certain temp. Around 50-45 degrees and below, everytime I Auto start the seats, steering wheel, and mirror defrost are on regardless of setting I had them at when shutting it down prior.
Rain X latitudes work fine. Just swapped them on last week. You need to take off a couple pieces but the instructions lay it out pretty well. About $16 a wiper at Walmart.
Got a little wash today and as I always do, I combed the front end looking for any chips especially after all the reports.
This is a Carbonized Grey(best color) Lariat Lux. 10,1XX miles and that includes 4,500 of those driving across the country from TX to Ohio 1.5 times. The only blemish I can...
I'd base mine on literally any OEM gps. They don't do live updates regarding traffic, closing, detours etc like Google maps or apples. Also it limited to a few years for updates then you need to pay out of pocket for them. This is industry wide.
Hit 10k miles this weekend on my loaded Lariat. Never in my 32 year life would I have been able to afford a brand new loaded pickup fully packed. Even getting a 23' would have pushed it beyond my comfort level of pricing.
I'm 6'6" and find the Mav pretty comfortable as I've drive from TX to...
At the hours I go in and out from work traffic is pretty much non existent. But when I used to work in Bedford taking 480 with a 9-5 schedule, that was the absolute worst thing ever.
That's because blasting full heat moves air away from the engine which it's trying to warm up. It's the same as if you leave it in auto, it'll turn the heat up but as you drive and the engine gets to a certain temp, then it'll open vents/increase the the blower speed.
NE ohioian aswell?
I use Spotify, it's always been one of the most optimized streaming services imo. It seems smoother with this new version of AA. Changing songs is pretty much instant. No issues on booting up so far and never really had any issues with the previous version either.
Mpg is so nuanced that you are going to drive yourself crazy trying to be consistent. Route, traffic, speed, acceleration, tempature, WIND, road type etc. The list goes on.
My daily commute sits between 23-25mpg and that's with 245s. I've seen in the warmer summer months going 70mph sit right...
People have been trying all sorts. Seems like Coolwalk has actually been there for some time but required a switch on Google's side. After the beta it was like a 11mb update
