All the new models are like that. I just bought a 24 forester specifically because the 25's have a giant abortion of a screen in the middle of the dash. You have to look at a screen to operate it, you can adjust a knob or button by feel.

It's a practical vehicle if you have frequent use for a truck bed. My first impression was how well it handled - I came out of a mazda 3 which was a very nice handling car and the mav compared favorably. Those wildpeaks were on my short list for tires and it's nice to hear they impress.
