Well, my GF just ended up getting the one she had ordered, and they never even got back to me about mine... No emails or anything. Hmmm. They probably just pretended like something happened to the order, then when it came in, they marked it up $8 or 10K and sold it to somebody else in a day or...

Update: My GF and I have both been changing the drive mode to ECO, and surprisingly, the mileage immediately started rising. Albeit, only a few tenths... at 36.5 right now. but it jumped .4 mpg's in a relatively short time. So we are hoping it will keep climbing. Anything over 37 would be good...

Yea, I didn't even think about the break in period. But tea a brand new "tight motor" is going to use more juice to turn.... As for ECO having to be turned on every time you drive it, that's just dumb. My Prius sure doesn't need to be set every time you drive it...

I've heard the opposite with the Maverick.... but to answer your question, she's been driving it pretty lightly... brakes and gas.
