  1. Aftermarket options for a nice sounding Maverick stereo....

Hate to say it, but because of this one thing, I will probably have to hold off for several months, buying a new Maverick :( I just talked to a tech guy at Axxess DSP, and he told me about what I expected.... Which is, the only way to know what is going to be required for adding a DSP to this...
  2. About the Adaptive Cruise Control in the Maverick...

Yea, I have one in the top of my windshield for my Prius too, and it works great. Thank God for insurance though, as these windshields are very expensive, and I just broke another one 3 days ago ! Only $100 deductible though, for a $1000 windshield.

The best speakers on the planet, with the insufficient power that stock systems provide, will still sound terrible. But you would be...
  4. About the Adaptive Cruise Control in the Maverick...

TY. Doesn't the 360 package add this stuff ? I think I read somewhere that the 360 package was also required for Adaptive cruise control, so that's why I ask...
  5. About the Adaptive Cruise Control in the Maverick...

The Adaptive CC in my Prius works super well. Adjusting the distance is also very easy. The only negative thing I find, is that I drive SO much with this feature in my Prius... then I hop into my truck, which doesn't have it, and then a few X's, I've caught myself getting closer to the vehicles...
  7. Aftermarket options for a nice sounding Maverick stereo....

First let me explain what I have in my Prius, because I'd like something very similar in my Maverick XLT. So I have a plug and play Digital Sound Processor called an Axxess Active X, which sits in the dash, behind the stock Toyota head unit. This gives me 1) front / rear / subwoofer RCA...
  8. About the Adaptive Cruise Control in the Maverick...

A quick search here, tells me I'm not the only one who would really like to have this feature without spending a ton extra on the Lariat trim level... and I think the 360 package as well..... So I was talking with my friend / mechanic about this, and he said that if the Maverick was ready for...
  9. How do you guys feel about the cvt transmission?

TYVM :) This helps a lot to ease my concerns about the CVT used in the Maverick.
