We ordered in 2021 so in April 2023 when we FINALLY got our Maverick, we got some bonuses to bring it down almost to 2022 prices. The dealer had messed up the options we wanted- no hitch, no sunroof, no CP360. We were about $28k for Carbonized Grey Hybrid Lariat.
Sorry to hear!
My wife's 2005 Subaru literally gave me back pain/ leg sciatica. Something about the seat angles, I couldn't get comfortable in it, it compressed my spine or something. And I'm a skinny guy!
A seat cushion "helped" but the pain didn't go away until I got treatment and stopped...
We got quite a few deep sleep notices the first year, not as many later- maybe once a month since then. Bought new April 2023, 21k miles now, original battery still, knock on wood has always started right up.
My '23 hybrid is the first new car I've ever owned (I'm 50yrs old now).
I do not recommend long finance or "just barely make the payments". I would recommend getting cheaper used vehicles instead of throwing lots of money at the bank.
Hybrid gets better gas mileage. If you're towing lots and...
Not much different at all than starting up when you're rolling 25mph and it starts up. Oil is still coating the metal surfaces. I believe it only takes a second or two for the oil pressure to get back up to "full".
The oil viscosity chosen by Ford is a result of decades of engineering and...
If you turn on the truck and leave the headlight switch alone, it will turn on headlights when it senses it's "dark enough" or if the wipers are left on. AND it will active high beams on and off automatically.
If you turn the headlight switch to ON, it will not do the auto high beams, AND you...
October 1st will be 2.5 years and about 21k miles for us. Still love love love love our truck!
Recently got a trailer for Mav to haul the cargo our minivan used to, sold the minivan.
I just bought a trailer yesterday, 5x8 weighs 840lbs empty. With a 3" drop hitch and 2" ball. Hooked up it sits pretty level.
Driving across town only got 20mpg (LOL) and it definitely requires a little more stopping distance.
Seats all the way back= not big enough for most adults.
My biggest gripe about the rear seat is that I have to slouch some when sitting or get back ache after awhile, and the Mav rear seat is SOOOO solidly Upright. I would not be able to sit back there for anything more than a half hour.
Shut the truck off and it turns on the interior lights.
But if someone can't safely work all the features of their vehicle, time to figure out an alternate means of transportation.
I laugh because it's amusing, but I feel your pain!
It would probably take quite a bit of work/programming for the memory settings. If you work it out let me know :D
