Just curious. Those of you who have a Maverick hybrid and also own another hybrid. How does the drivability and smoothness of the Maverick compare to others? The reason I ask is that we just bought a Tucson hybrid and the transition between electric and ICE is imperceptible. I have a hybrid...
Thanks! So if I understood what Tim said below is the order of importance:
1) Dealer Allocations
2)Priority Code
3)Order Date and Time Stamp
4)Constraints
I know these are interconnected but sounds like if a dealer doesn’t have an allocation Ford won’t even look further to build it regardless...
Back in September, right after the order bank opened up, Ford announced less than expected dealer allocation allowances. I think this is why some dealers took more orders than they were allowed. The story back then was that Ford was going to revise the allocations. Has anybody heard any...
I’ve been reading comments about how folks are liking their Maverick and just wondered if there are those who are a little disappointed with theirs. If so, why are you disappointed and what vehicle did you have before?
I’m a fresh 23 order and I know it probably should be a 15 based on what I am seeing in this forum. I’m was a little confused as I thought the priority code was just a dealer thing and not a Ford thing.
So if the dealer changed it to 15 after it was a 10 on the buyers order and Ford is showing a 15 will it do any good for me to ask the dealer to change it at this point? Ford won’t change it in their system will they?
My buyers order shows priority 10 but I just checked with Ford chat and they are showing priority 15. Why would they be different? Who would have changed it to 15 from 10? Also, who would be responsible for changing it to lower number when I get closer to having it scheduled?
I live in Tennessee and hardly see any of them. Funny thing is, I saw more on vacation in the week I was in Hawaii than I have here in months! You’d think it would be harder to get them there!
Agreed. Hopefully Ford learned a lot by over promising and under delivering during the first year’s growing pains. We can only hope that since the order banks closed so quickly for 23 they can get their act together.
