The Kia mirrors everyone have been using are around $20, so shop around unless $300 is the labor to install it which I suppose is understandable if you're uncomfortable with doing the wiring yourself.
Yeah but depending on your build and trim you are losing out on some features MY2023 had, like the door keypad or rear sliding window for the XL/XLT trims.
I have one in my truck. It works just as expected - the vehicle defaults to ECO mode after a few seconds once the vehicle is started up each time every time. Haven't touched the drive mode button once since I installed it.
If it's not too much to ask, would you be able to take a picture of your full size 245/65R17 spare while mounted in the spare wheel slot? I'm trying to gauge if a 245/60R18 will fit underneath as a full size spare on my Hybrid model. It wouldn't surprise me if the Ecoboost has a lot more room...
Parked next to a Baja at a Home Depot. Pretty amusing to see how the Baja makes the Maverick look large!
Subaru Baja gets around 22MPG combined according to EPA. Fun to see how far cars have come in fuel economy. But I guess the Ecoboost AWD is around 26 MPG combined rating too, to be fair.
Those of you guys with leaking on the factory roll-up cover (which is the same as the BAK X4/X4S model), you should check this video out to see if you can do this simple adjustment to make sure the tailgate gap is mitigated.
Set up the XTR-1 bed rack on my Maverick, it finally came in. The BAK X4S barely fits with this rack on, I also had to do a bit of filing and hacksaw work to get it to fit in the locking latches with the rail since the XTR-1 bed clamps push the rail mounts inwards about a total of 3/8", which...
I've been having a hell of a time trying to get my $500 certificate. My dealership is claiming that it's on hold for whatever reason, and when I emailed the Farm Bureau customer support, they told me that I could not apply both 2022 price protection (which cut $500 from the 2023 price because...
I have a unicorn XL Hybrid with tow hitch and SIBL on order. If it gets built, it gets built, if it doesn't, it doesn't. It was primarily ordered as a hedge in case my current vehicle gets totaled for whatever reason. Deadly scared of rear-enders here in California given how many damn drivers...
Much to dealers' chagrin, if people aren't willing to pony up the crazy money for a Lightning that they were asking, they're gonna have to drop the prices, which is what's happening now.
Congrats, happy to see the Maverick finally in the driveway! Now time to deal with the Ford Explorer nonsense. No wonder they're not so hot in the ratings. :cautious:
