And I got my second 45-day notice this afternoon, like clockwork. Last one was sent on November 1st.
Meanwhile, I’m going to fix a few things in one of our vehicles before putting it up for sale as soon as I get confirmation that my Maverick gets shipped.
I have HPR XLT FX4 on order. Went to my local dealer to check on the status of my order, the sales rep told me they have on the lot a customer refused XLT FX4 4K in Cactus Grey and I liked it especially with the black painted FX4 wheels. Then I asked if I can get it at MSRP ($29k + $10k ADM =...
Lucky you, congrats! I placed my order on the same day and it’s still in the processing stage. Where are you located that you’re getting your truck this soon?
I never stated in my original post that I planned to go through Carvana in selling my vehicles to them. Maybe I should rephrase my question in the past tense: How old of a vehicle were Carvana accepting prior to the news of their bankruptcy?
Will be offloading both a 2004 Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7 V8 and a 2000 Corolla VE. We currently have four vehicles and gonna knock it down to three with the Maverick coming.
While I’m here, how old a vehicle will Carvana accept? CarMax seems like they’ll take vehicles no more than ten years old.
Is your’s a MY22 rollover or new MY23 order?
Mine is still processing according to both Ford Chat and my local dealer. And having spoke to the dealer rep this afternoon they are allotted only 30 Mavericks this year.
Just got off the Ford Chat line, 3:45 PM PST. Still in order processing, no VIN yet.
After reading this thread and seeing Northeast and South regions getting scheduled, looks like they haven’t touched on the West and/or Pacific Northwest region just yet.
I left off SIBL on my order and will keep it off without having to risk a delay. I will have it done locally by Line-X.
Also, Line-X warranties their work for the life of the truck. My guess is the factory SIBL is only covered within the standard new vehicle warranty period.
Stretched wheelbase Highlander, with the emphasis on larger rear cargo with the third row seats up compared to the current, standard Highlander. Slots between the standard Highlander and Sequoia.
My cousin has the previous gen Highlander, and a couple two year-olds with all their gear. He...
Congrats. I ordered on 9/16 as well, priority code 19. No email yet, but this is a promising sign my scheduled build date announcement must be getting near.
Pro: They look cool
Con: Scratches and swirl marks are visible.
We have a black Grand Cherokee and a Carbon Steel Gray Golf GTI. I picked HPR for our incoming Maverick.
Have them in our 2004 Grand Cherokee for a few years and they are durable. My big complaint is the black color had sun faded, being that it sits parked out in our driveway and never garaged. Regardless, I’d probably buy those again for the Maverick when it shows up.
Did you buy covers for the...
