Far as I know it is only forum posted so yeah, take the number with a grain of salt. Post I saw was reporting 6,900 based on a talking to customer service. But it is the only number we have at the moment. Since there were hybrid builds scheduled through the end of November so it is a believable...
Yes, you will have your order rolled over to a 2023 model. By all accounts this is impacting roughly 7,000 orders.
Ford is going to have to move the orders over because the order bank for 23 is already shut down. The exact process involved is unknown at this time.
Ford has promised they will...
I have a set of Ford all weather floor mats and the chrome lettering for the tailgate. Ordered then before I even had a VIN. Now my VIN is canceled. Wonder if the accessories will get to their 1 year anniversary in boxes?
If I remember my research correctly both of the engines in the Maverick are evolutionary descendants of Mazda engines from back when there was a Mazda/Ford partnership. Mazda has moved on to different engine but Ford has continued working with and refining the design.
Well apparently Giselle is going to be available. Just saying.
Wait, I hope you don't play professional sports do you? I think that is one of her turn-offs.
Hey @Ford Motor Company, pass this on up the chain of command for me. ;)
I’m one of the reported 6,900 2022 hybrid orders that were scheduled with VINs and are in the process of being canceled. In my case besides a year of waiting I’m losing out on 0% for 36 months financing and my preferred...
He has said the dealership is seeing a ton of Mavericks arriving but remember these are not rollover orders because no 2023 scheduling has happened yet. They are getting in trucks built in August.
It is sure looking that way. Scenario that makes the most sense is this:
1. Ford scheduling was told they would have a certain number of hybrid drive trains before November 14th.
2. They scheduled hybrids to use up those parts and balance out 2022 model year.
3. Something has prevented the...
I had a 1990 Acura Integra GS (so fancy Civic), a 1996 Del Sol (short Civic), and two first Gen CR-Vs (tall Civic). Still have a 2001 CR-V. Never had any trouble with any of them though that was probably the end years of “Peak Honda”.
I rented a current generation Civic sedan last year and put...
I will probably pick up a Honda Civic sedan before end of year. For my families needs that will get the job done. I do have a 23 Maverick on order but no way to know if that one will turn up.
So the better question might be- are you going to cancel your 22 rollover or still take it when it...
I poked around a little today and seems like the going asking rate for an in stock Maverick ranges from $5,000 to $7,500 here in Southern California. I could possibly stomach $2,000 more if I really needed a truck bed but I don't. I have at least three different Honda dealers willing to sell me...
At this point they should have never scheduled us the pushed us to order 23’s. We may not have the chance to change our orders that was given to the 22 rollovers. For example, I want the chance to take my private offer to another dealer. Or let me change over to an Eco-boost to get the darn...
When I started this journey over a year ago I didn’t need the truck immediately. Now I am in a position where I do need something fairly quickly. If they had delivered it by Christmas I can manage. But I know I have to assume that we are talking 4 to 5 months minimum from now to get a Maverick...
For those with November scheduled hybrids you should check with Ford or your dealer. I got email saying November 28 yesterday. Based on other forum members I just chatted with Ford and I’ve been moved to December 19th so I’m getting canceled.
