  1. Keyless Entry Keypad = Residential Hide-a-Key

Got me. I was lazy in my writing.
  2. Keyless Entry Keypad = Residential Hide-a-Key

Well, in my case, that's not a concern. To be fair though, that's a good reason to have an on-premises option. I didn't mention it in my original post, but if I did that would have been... "PSSS I still have an alternate on-premises hidden key location. Decades of IT employment have taught me...
  3. Keyless Entry Keypad = Residential Hide-a-Key

    That's an outstanding alternative.
  4. Keyless Entry Keypad = Residential Hide-a-Key

I've actually been doing this since I got my Lincoln MKZ a couple of years ago. Once upon a time, I hid a spare key for my house in a magnetic holder stuck beneath my fuse box (breaker box, whatever), but had to change that for - uh, reasons. My epiphany was to use my Lincoln which had a keypad...
  5. FordPass app functions on Android/Wear OS Watches at last!

For me, I searched on the "Wearable" phone app. Selected the search icon on the main screen at the top right corner.
  6. Mud flaps needed?

Without reading any other replies I'm just going to say: "yes to mud faps". Always "yes", because why not? It doesn't detract from a vehicle's appearance, and even the smoothest road can flick debris into your paint. Yep, this is the hill I picked, for better or worse.
  7. FordPass app functions on Android/Wear OS Watches at last!

Update: The watch also requires an unlock after removal (like if you take it off at night to charge like I do, or for the purpose of taking a shower, etc.). This is the same behavior if you enable Samsung Pay on the watch and is a security default to ensure someone doesn't take your watch and...
  8. FordPass app functions on Android/Wear OS Watches at last!

^^^ Yep, free. After many years in the Hyundai/Genesis ecosystem, I was surprised and pleased by the "gratis" access to app-related remote vehicle operations provided by Lincoln and Ford.
  9. FordPass app functions on Android/Wear OS Watches at last!

II only needed to unlock the watch after a restart. That doesn't seem like a major inconvenience, but that's me.
  10. FordPass app functions on Android/Wear OS Watches at last!

I would assume this is the case unless you have a separate data plan for your watch.
  11. FordPass app functions on Android/Wear OS Watches at last!

Don't remind me. I just bought the keypad less than a week ago. Who knew?
  12. Dealership aren’t allowed to sell XL and XLT

Reminds me of this scene in Gumball Rally in which Franco says...
  13. Here’s kind of a weird take: the Ford Maverick is embarrassing.

Never heard of this site before, and after reading 10 out of 20 of these "embarrassing car" descriptions, I can see that I've been heretofore blessed in my ignorance.
  14. FordPass app functions on Android/Wear OS Watches at last!

I suspect this has something to do with having screen lock on your phone. You have to first create a PIN/Pattern on the watch, and this persists after a watch restart (meaning I now have to use a pattern when my watch starts after a power down); however, the Ford Pass app starts without having...
  15. FordPass app functions on Android/Wear OS Watches at last!

Someone on the Ford Maverick sub-Reddit posted this yesterday and I read it tonight, and confirmed that yes indeed, the Ford Pass application does now work on Android smart watches. In my case, a Samsung Galaxy Watch 7, and the original Reddit post was for a Pixel Watch 3, so presumably, most...
  16. Low Tire indicator

Agreed. Mine are 34/34/35/35/ according to Ford Pass right now.
  17. Low Tire indicator

Great question. I remember my ex-wife's Mini had to be driven for "X" amount of time-and-or-miles to "reset".
  18. Low Tire indicator

Not that I have a clue, but I am interested to know that after you filled the tire, did the display reflect 28 for three tires and 31 for the other? Also, when the low pressure warning went away was that still the case?
