If they're not lying about rollovers getting priority... and assuming they keep giving dealer stock priority as they've repeatedly shown they will... and will lie about... I doubt newly ordered 23 hybrids have ANY hope of a pre-June build date.

My dealer still hasn't updated me so pretty sure they're not telling dealers much and he's still waiting on the details.... According to the VIN lookup on fords site.... I'm back in the first status (order confirmed)... but it still has my vin number listed and a link to my "window sticker"...

Sept 08, 21 order... 22 mav xlt hybrid w/ lux and 360. Sept 2022 Finally got a vin and 10/31 build date... then 11/14... then 12/12. At this point I think there's less than 50% chance Ford has ANY plan to ever build me a truck.

From the sound of his stream it appears they're still kind of figuring out how exactly it'll work but most likely we won't have a lot of say in the process just on account of them having to get things done quickly and opting to have most of it done on the corporate level rather than by the dealer.

My guess on Hybrid constraints.... most of the 22s they booked at the very last second are hybrids. I was 1 yr+ wait by the time I would have been reordering a 23 and I think they realized how BAD that looked so they crammed a lot of us with more than a year waiting into the end of 2022... and...

Exactly... Ford scheduled me according to my email... on 9/24. My dealer notified me not to reorder a 23 bc I was scheduled for a 22 right before order banks opened... and the Maverick customer support line confirmed and gave me a VIN that day too.
