Is the COVP where they take your drivers license and you sign the paperwork? If so seems correct. I signed nothing for my order yesterday, but got my Ford confirmation email.
If that's a Ford requirement then either my local dealer didn't have very many 22 orders, or they just don't care.
I stopped in last night to get the details worked out, then it was input this morning and I received the confirmation email from Ford.
I don't know how many you'll see.
According to 2 different dealers, one of which is who I submitted my order to this evening, signed document are no longer required, just a drivers license.
I JUST got an email from a local dealer that said I can now order a 2023 Maverick, and to order soon because they don't know when the order banks will be closing again.
ETA: Well that dealer might be ready but they aren't getting my business! $1,000 deposit required, that is refundable UNTIL...
I am aware of this, yet I keep seeing people post their "order" referencing colors with order codes and mentions of the black appearance package.
None of that stuff is showing up on what I'm seeing, so I was wondering where they were getting that information.
So I got done emailing the internet sales manager I had reached out to previously about purchasing, seeing about scheduling a time to come in this afternoon or tomorrow to place the order.
Previously he had told me I needed to come in so they could get a copy of my drivers license and sign a...
Looks like my build is only $115 more than it would have been at current 22 prices. Which means no real difference since I would have spent the money to ADD cruise to the 22.
I find it hard to believe that all those options will actually be available, for any trim. You'd be able to build a XL that's equivalent to a Lariat (kind of) just by picking options.
Honestly I keep bouncing back and forth between 3 builds.
A XL hybrid with 360, sliding rear window, hitch, and outlet.
XL Ecoboost with 4k, 360, and outlet.
Lariat Lux Hybrid.
They all have uses to me (some for sure, others more of a potential use).
I do believe he was referring to adding the actual hard mounted pad just like comes on the XLT and Lariat. On F150s and Super Dutys this is a very easy and common mod.
Ford makes it even easier with that stick on keypad which essentially just acts as a coded key fob that's attached somewhere on...
I apologize for asking, but I'm having a hard time finding specifics on if anyone who ordered XL 4K Ecoboosts had any issues getting them delivered?
Obviously see lots of Hybrid delays, and XLT LUX Ecos, but can't really find threads about XL models.
Does that mean they aren't getting delayed...
I take it 2 ways.
Reduce "options" by simply packaging more stuff in 1 thing. Lux now includes 360 and sunroof. Price goes up accordingly, but they've eliminated 2 "options".
Or cutting all those dealer installed options. You know how much stuff they could remove from the Maverick options by...
