Vinyl wrap requires a perfect surface , so you'd still have to pay for sanding, priming & painting. The only savings would be on color match/blending.

Exactly! PT is much heavier & can't be painted. The only use would be to prevent rot/bugs if you're hauling firewood or mulch a lot.
