    You are spot on with what i have heard too. The rear suspension is also completely different than escape. So they didn’t want to put that on the Maverick. If they go based on ford past few releases, the Maverick AWD Hybrid should be a 2023 model. Maybe 2024 depending on how this Chip shortage goes.
