Like another person said, great for trips to the local dump.
I took a load earlier today that was slightly higher than the bed, so the tonneau cover would not close (despite me trying to shove it all down).
Some bulky items like trash bags and cardboard might blow out at highway speed.
Cargo...
I went with Ceramic tint all around.
The shop used Llumar brand and it has been great.
35% tint for rear window and all 4 windows....then 70% tint for front windshield.
Love it!
I should have gotten ceramic years ago.
Wonderful heat rejection. Roll the window down on a hot day and immediately...
I own a '22 Maverick Hybrid XL and love it.
Family members also own a '23 Maverick Ecoboost XLT FX4 and a '24 Maverick Hybrid XLT.
I do not notice an overall better build quality between them.
However, the '24 XLT has the lux package, and the wrapped steering wheel, heated seats and power...
Like the look of the tires.
Had never heard of that brand and looked them up.
Great price.
12/32nd tread depth, 50,000 mile warranty and only 30 lbs in that size. That's the same weight as my smaller Wildpeak Trails in 225.
Nice.
Please let us know how they wear and perform in the future.
Thanks.
Love the Line-X premium!
Have it on the Maverick now.
Previously on my Ram 2500 with 8 foot bed, F-150 and a Frontier, both 6 foot beds.
Big fan.
Looks great, functional, holds up perfect, tough.
Would do it again and will for future trucks (Maybe a '27 Hybrid someday).
Was your Maverick Truck Club account hacked?
You have been a member since 2023, over 20 threads created and over 100 comments (more threads created and more comments than me).
Never used the search bar, seen the pinned posts or entire forum section for tires?
Here is the forum section...
My key fob recently started doing the same; non responsive and took several attempts to work.
I got a message on the center dash screen that the key battery was low and to replace soon.
Never seen that before.
I have a 2022 XL hybrid with about 63,000 miles.
Got it December 2021, so just over 3...
I was on their website and selected the chat with us bubble.
Chatting with a rep and said I was a member of MTC and Real Truck was a sponsor.
That rep/person gave me a discount on the order.

Same recommendation on the Bak X4s rolling hard cover; I chose that and love it.
After discount from Real Truck, I paid around $990.
Bedliner, I paid $650 for Line-X spray in service.
Was $550 for normal and extra $100 for "premium", which was basically a layer of clear coat added for UV...
Might ask for a price match from Tire Rack.com on the TPMS at $39 each.
Discount Tires owns them I believe and have price matched before.

Both amazing tire choices.
I don't live in that area, but given the possible weather/snow conditions, I would choose the better snow rated tire, which is the Cross Climate 2.
Here is an excerpt and link with a great summary comparison...
I have an Autowit Supercap 2 supercapacitor jump starter in my Hybrid Maverick.
Mixed results.
Jump started a Ram 1500 (gasoline) at a gas station no issue, started right up. Guys truck wouldn't start after filling up, so this was perfect.
But the other time, a young lady tried to repeatedly...
Here are some ideas posted from a previous thread.
Hope that helps.

Love the DIY results.

Mabett makes a fantastic plug and play insert .....

I used to have the Check Engine Light come on every 1-2 weeks, seemingly random.
Frustrating and dealership was no help with diagnosis either.
Read some threads here about not topping off hybrid fuel tank.
Something about the pressurized/capless fuel system and that little bit of extra gas...
Replaced a 2019 Nissan Frontier.
As others have posted, the Maverick is better in every single category.
Better ride quality, way better mpg (19 mpg vs 38 mpg), better tech, better interior (yes, the XL interior is still better than the Frontier was), much better acceleration and handling...
