Yes, this is a plug in hybrid that takes gas also. The gas engine runs an internal generator to charge the battery and allow Max driving range of 560 miles on a tank of gas.
Just like filling the hybrid now at a gas station....or plug in at home, work or charging station to get the 60 miles of...
I wish Ford would make a PHEV like this truck, the BYD Shark.
Saw a TFL truck video today about it.
Not sold in US and appears no plans, but would love an American version of this.
Approx $47,000 USD, fully loaded, PHEV, 60 miles full electric range, approx 560 miles on a tank of gas...
Never seen the small, front bumper push bar.
Quick Google search found no matches.
Would be curious to see the link for that product.
UPDATE:
Just found a similar product on Amazon.

I am very happy with the instant acceleration/throttle response and high mpg on the Maverick Hybrid.
Previous trucks to compare was a 2019 Nissan Frontier 4 cylinder, 6 foot bed, and it was scary slow. Press the gas pedal to the floor to get on a highway and pray you make it up to speed. Got...
Here is a prior post for a key fob vault/holder I use.
https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/forum/threads/whats-on-your-maverick-keys-keychain.42326/#post-750450.
I love it.
Solid metal; fits in a generic multi tool holster on my belt.
Key is safe and no signals getting out either.
I use a USB-C data blocker cord.
Plugs into your existing phone charging cord.
Has another primary purpose (to block data, called juice jacking), but in this use, just charges the phone and blocks any data connection to the truck.
You can then navigate the radio or any other truck screen...
Yes.
I know at least the 2022 models have it.
The Crash Data Recorder (Software and Hardware), or Event Data Recorder, for Ford is made by Bosch.
The latest list I found from Bosch shows the 2022 model.
Likely on all models, but I could not get a newer list (attached).
When I used to be an...
It's made to mount specifically on the roof.
Even has mounting brackets in front for extra lights (which are of no use pointing into the rear window).
To each their own.
It's a hard no for me; wrong spot for the item and greatly reduced the truck capabilities.
Likely blow the fuse.
Watts = Amps x Volts.
I saw in another post, the Maverick has a 20 amp fuse.
For a 12v cigarette lighter or 12v accessory outlet
Maximum Power Output
Specified fuse amperage
Watts = 12v x DC Amps
5 amps
60 watts Power Output
10 amps
120 watts Power Output

Actually curious why insurance denied the theft loss.
As a former claims adjuster, common reason for denial of vehicle theft was no Comprehensive coverage.
But being a 2020 Shelby, I would hope you had Comprehensive coverage.
Super rare to deny a theft claim if comprehensive coverage was there...
Looking at the photos provided, I would expect it to be totaled.
Insurance calculations vary, but if the initial repair estimate is around 70% of the value, insurance will start the total loss process.
Repairs commonly have additional bills, called supplements that increase the cost once...
I used a small Dremel bit to make a hole and also widen 2 other holes on the AVS II Bug Deflector.
Was not happy that the part did not fit and had to custom fit for the truck.
Still have it installed though, no issue since.
Hello all,
Got a new recall notice today for an Instrument Panel Illumination recall.
Says the fix is a software patch.
Have not got it, but never noticed any issues with dashboard lights.
I have a '22 XL Hybrid.
Not sure if specific to certain years or motors.
Just a heads up if anyone is...
As a former Auto Claims Adjuster, loved it when dash camera footage was available.
Could be from any vehicle nearby or the ones involved.
Especially when audio is enabled.
Many times it was a double edged sword where one party can be seen "at fault".
But, it also can ding the driver "not at...
Used to be an Auto Claims Adjuster.
Had an elderly lady claim her brakes failed when reversing from a parking spot.
Long story short, she never pressed the brake.
Her foot pressed the gas, and when she panicked, she floored the gas, thinking it was the brake.
Hit 5 parked cars and a large sign...
Same here.
Love the Falken Wildpeak Trail's in 225/65/17.
Will buy them again for my local terrain and weather.
I live in the rural country, so dirt and gravel roads before I get to pavement.
No snow.
If I didn't have gravel, my next choice was also the Michelin Cross Climate 2's for year...
Old thread here.
Here's a recent post that I also did ony XL.
The bolts work perfect.
Screw into the existing, already threaded holes in the bed.
