This is a great idea. I just had to use some of my dash cam vid to show how a guy drove into me and totaled my poor '25 and it has always been a pain to try and find the right file(s) by going through the long list of clips.
I'm mostly a Mac guy from way back (worked at Apple in the late 80's...
Are you running it wireless or wired? I had issues on my '25 early on (I run wired as my phone is a 6 year old iPhone with a crappy battery) and would routinely get a lot of weird behavior and reboots when I got close to work.
I work a spitting distance from a rail yard and a couple stadiums...
I just got done transferring my Hyundai Palisade Homelink mirror from my wrecked '25 to the new '26 and it was a lot easier this time. Rather than tap into existing wiring I just run the power liner along the headliner and down behind the a-pillar (out of the way of the airbag) and into the...
Been slowly moving my mods/additions from my Mav that was totaled a couple weeks ago after someone spun out and drove right into me. The wreck ended up destroying the wiring for my dash cam so I've been looking around for a replacement. Here's a pic just after I moved over my tonneau cover:
I just noticed those on my new Mav yesterday while I was reinstalling my tonneau cover from my old one, don't remember seeing them on that one. I'll have to do a quick plug design and print it on the 3d printer...
That sounds a lot like the buzz I was having, I thought it was coming from the dash or the windshield pins. Never thought to try touching the door handle. Unfortunately I won't be able to test as that truck was wrecked recently but if it happens on the new one I'll try!
I went with the Lariat again but never really wanted the BAP and sunroof but that was all I could get at the time. This time I was able to get the blue one without those so even with the 2026 price increase it was still a little less.
The only reason I think he stopped is that I have video that shows that's what it looked like. I was maybe going 45-50 in a 70 which was fine for conditions (lived in MA & NH for over 20 years so I know how to drive in snowy conditions). I also did not see the accident from a ways back, again...
I mentioned the alcohol smell to her as she was handing back my documents and she said "Yeah, I need to speak with him about that." and was drove away about 5 mins later. I don't know if she made him do the walk of shame or anything as I couldn't see out of the rear window as it was too fogged up.
A couple weeks ago we had our first and only snow event this year and I was driving home on I90 in the left lane with other traffic when this guy in a Honda Odyssey blows past in the right lane doing at least 20 mph faster than everyone else. The snow is coming down and there are slushy patches...
I had gotten rid of those stupid warning/notifications with Forscan and after seeing the original post decided to revert back to as built to see what changed. The only thing that looks like it changed is it is not notifying me about the other three seats that have no one in them but it still...
Not in one of your states but not at least on the same coast. Got mine at Mullinax Ford in Olympia, WA. No extra junk on the truck and not even a doc fee. Just tax and tags.
