Get your dealer to show you that they have a tech trained to work on hybrids and EVs. Many dealers don't have people certified to work on these vehicles. That is why they are heavily dependent on Ford tech.

In 2025 Ford added multi port injectors to the direct injection to the turbo engines to cut down on carbon build up. The changes they made cut down on the horsepower rating on all their engines to include the police interceptor.
Most overhead cam engines have solid lifters. Most Honda and Acura engines have solid lifters. They recommend checking them at 100,000 miles when you change the timing belt. I think someone is crying wolf without doing any research.
Most of that is BS. Police cars are not turned off for 12 hours or longer, probably 70-80% is idleing. Don't need to warm up oil multiple weight oil takes care of that. I will go along with idleing before turn off, but I do that with all engines.
