Sync 3 screen problems

Today my screen went blank, then black for about five minutes. Then came back on. Has anybody else had this happen? This is the first time it has ever done that. Any suggestions?

I've had it crash maybe twice where it restarted itself, but not taking that long to reboot.

Have you or the dealer updated it to the latest version that was released earlier this year to address issues with it not storing settings properly? That condition seems to gradually get worse and causes some odd behavior.

I have a problem near a certain cell tower that completely blanks out my display and Android Auto. About a quarter mile, everything reboots and is back to normal.
