That's gonna look good. The Alto Blue option was the deciding factor for me in ordering the Maverick.

Thats great Im glad to hear that, Ive had my 22 area 51 xl for 1 yr this november and Im upgrading to a 2023 xlt fx4 maverick in alto blue, supposedly mine is one of the early 23 orders confirmed by ford, I cant wait!

I changed the oil in my FX4 for the first time time today, and I gotta say that skid-plate is a heavy sumbitch! It surprised me that the removal & replacement wasn’t more ‘user friendly’, (something like six bolts and 4-5 screws to r&r) but at least I now know what to expect. Just thought I’d mention it since you’re getting the FX4 also…but it’s still worth having!

Love the Alto Blue color it changes in different lighting. Wife liked Area 51, I liked Alto Blue. After seeing in person she loves it.

I'm now a bigger fan of Alto Blue more than ever. It looks especially good with FX4 black wheels!

I had mine since April. I really do love the color. There is one huge downside though. It shows every speck of dirt. You will be frequently washing your truck. If that is something you don’t want to do i seriously recommend a different color.

Just put on some fender flares (the Air Design Satin ones) and figured I'd post how it looks as I haven't seen many photos with this style of fender flare:

Note that the stock mud flaps won't work with this style fender flare as the lip that goes over the body of the truck won't allow it.

I've also got the AVS bug deflector which went on pretty smoothly and no hood shake:

I think Alto is definitely the classiest of the Maverick colors but I live in AZ. I ordered Area 51 because I think it will be cooler and easier to keep looking good.
