My Maverick's journey... So far

Using the VIN history, I've been tracking my Maverick's progress from Mexico. This is the route if you were driving, but it's close enough for me.. It was shipped on 10/20 and took 10 days to make it to Illinois (Keep in mind, that I live in SC..) From there, it traveled down south as far as Atlanta and then east. Currently, it was unloaded from the railcar on Saturday and I was told it could take 2 days or 2 weeks to make the rest of the trip to the dealer (~100mi). I just thought it was interesting enough to share with you fine people..

And you were right. Thank you. I'm hoping someone will track a truck from Mexico to Seattle, as that should be a long and winding road as well.

I used the VIN history and typed all the locations into google maps. You'll have to ask your dealer for the VIN history.

Your experience is an interesting one, but I think there is always room for improvement. I often traveled, plus I had experiences, both pleasant and less pleasant. For travel, the important thing is to plan your every hour very well, the first time I went on a trip I was bewildered, as I could not plan my time. Later I gave https://www.oebbfahrplan.com/de/ with the help of which I could already make a stable schedule to travel. I forgot to mention that I love to travel by train. I think it's enormously enjoyable, especially when you can admire nature.
