I purchased the pigtails from quality mobile video.com.
I had no issues feeling the elements. I know they are there but I donāt feel the wires, I think if someone feels the elements with the kit I purchased , there may some installer error.
Great! Only one issue, although, not enough of an issue for me to change the switches. The switches show a red light when on high and a green light whom low. The passenger side lost the green light, it glows red on both low and high. It didnāt change the pad temperature. From what I can tell...
I may have missed it said in here but, what is the reason not to use switches that are compatible with adaptive cruise control? From what I can see, there appears to be nothing that separates the hardware. I have a line on the sw-8576, which is what another instruction is calling out for, but...
Spot on, I had 2 rangers, ā95 and ā03. Both drove to over 200k. Aside from seemingly thinner metal and wonky infotainment, the maverick is the true ranger (original) successor.

Theyāve been great! They really help when the truck is still cold, they warm up before the heat does.
The pigtail just extends the power past the fuse it occupies, while still protecting the original circuit. There is an inline 10 amp fuse from the pigtail to the seats.

Not knowing enough about the power draw, I decided to split them. I thought about using a fuse tap that creates 2 additional lines, but being a novice, I was worried it would overload the circuit. If the single fuse can handle it, it would make this a little simpler.
Correct, no glue. Just the plastic perimeter clips on the front and sides and the rings.
I used a few videos for reference, here is a good one, except they decided to eliminate the hog ring keeper all together.
Sorry for the long post but I thought this was a good project to share. I completed my installation of aftermarket seat heaters to the front seats that I mentioned on a previous thread.
The kit was from Amazon, I canāt find the order in my history but this is the closest match in price and...
It didnāt work in my case. I do live in a bit of a bad reception area though, it seemed to get worse with the booster installed. It is also possible I installed it incorrectly or was faulty. Either way, not worth the effort for me to try again. I also tried the stubby antenna, same results, the...
