How Can I Tell If I Am Job 2?

I wonder if the Lariat has anything to do with it, maybe they are prioritizing. I ordered a lariat too so maybe this will work out.

Yah I'm not sure I don't specifically want the trailer tech options, but maybe ford doesn't have the parts for not adding the features or the parts for it came in early so they had to speed up the job 2 transition. Wont be able to tell for sure one way or the other until either the as built is populated or the window sticker is generated.

Tim, the Ford Video Guy, has said that Job 2 order taking has been delayed to first week of December. Originally, Job 2 order taking was to begin November 11th. Also the production of Job 2 orders were to begin January 2025 and now that has been moved to February 2025.

The pro trailer assist seems unnecessary but I like the idea of the pro-hitch assist.

Yeah I am following him but he originally said orders placed in November would be Job 2, now he is saying December. I don't think he will really know until Job 2 orders start getting built

Tim is only reporting what Ford Corp. is telling him. Back in August, Ford told him that Job 2 ordering was going to begin Nov. 11th. Ford is now adjusting their production dates. I am sure there are many reasons for this, especially due to availability of parts.

My Lariat has a schedule date of 12/16. Order does show updated 11/22 (today) and accessories list now has the Pro Trailer Hitch Assist and Pro Trailer Backup Assist added.

Ford has said that Job 2 production starts in February. How can a Mav being assembled in December have the Pro Trailer option? Come on Ford, you are messing with us....

I don't believe anything Ford or a dealership says. They never got me my $1,000 price protection that I was promised.

I noticed the base price went up $400 by including the trailer assist options. This looks promising. I am waiting for Zach from Granger Ford to respond to my question concerning this development.

I posted it a while back but no one replied to it, but my order itself which is scheduled for 01/06/2025 production also shows it. I don't have the window sticker yet but the whole thing looks promising. I don't necessarily care if I get it or not, but the fact its showing up on my accessories/packages order tracking and on the website feels like its scheduled with it to me.

Yes I saw that too. I am thinking that orders placed recently that will get it will have 'price protection' on their order. And so the examples of people report it being in their order now will not pay the new price.

It also shows it in the packages 501A as well as under the "Accessories" section. So at this point I assume I am getting it.
