The truck doesn't exist. The window sticker "hasn't been released yet" according to the window sticker lookup by VIN. So it hasn't even been sent to the production line yet. Feel free to inquire with them and ask for the window sticker. They don't have one to send you.

Edit to add: I looked up more than one of the VINs associated with those listed trucks. Guess how many have a window sticker?
How does one go about seeing the window sticker? Thanks

How can Ford put 2025's on their lot when they haven't fulfilled their 2024 orders? I ordered my 2024 Maverick back in July 2023; 16 months/ 64 weeks ago. There is nothing special that would have caused a delay. Supposedly it's built and has been sitting in a lot in California waiting to be delivered for the last 2 months

A vehicle sitting on the lot for 2 months is a transportation issue. There are too many reason to list as to why it hasn't been delivered yet. If you haven't already, you might want to makes some calls to get a reason for your specific situation.

You add the VIN to the end of the following web address (after the = sign in the address bar):

https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=

So for example, the green truck in this thread has a VIN of 3FTTW8JA0SRA02786

So....

https://www.windowsticker.forddirect.com/windowsticker.pdf?vin=3FTTW8JA0SRA02786

The website will say something like "check back later". Which is the default response when a Window Sticker has not been created for that VIN yet.

The Window Sticker is usually generated about 1 week before production, and remains available on that site for quite a while after delivery. They do eventually go away, but that is months and months after the truck is sold.

Replying to myself. If anyone needs more confirmation this truck has not been built, consider that my 2025 order has a VIN of 3FTTW8J33SRA01889. This is numerically "lower"/"earlier" than the Green Maverick in this thread. Mine is scheduled to be built next week. Now.....they don't strictly adhere to a first in first out policy, but if my truck with a "lower" VIN isn't going to be built until next week, why would this "higher" VIN truck not only already be built, but be sitting on a dealer lot?

Thanks for the info. Still cannot achieve it, but, can't waste all day on it.

Check closely, says 3 are in stock, 1 in transit
Dealer websites live to lie. When I was looking for mine they had ten listed as being in stock. None were. The salesman even admitted they threw them up on the website to attract more views and inquiries

Says 3 in stock 1 in transit,

Your not saying that a Ford dealer is lying are you ?
not saying they are lying - but I would not take an Uber over and expect to drive one home

Barring a live picture of one, I wouldn't go or worry about it. Likely they are ordered and will say they were hoping to have them in by now but are delayed... would you like to see what you can build yourself and order with us?

Don't forget, Ford plans to hold the initial builds for several weeks to do quality control and other checks on the truck prior to delivery to the dealer. What are people expecting to be built being told on this issue?

Nothing. Not sure if it's just this first week that will be held or all of job 1... Don't no.

At least one of them says it is in extended inventory, maybe they consider the build plant to be their extended inventory!! Funny Dealer.

That's what I have heard but I received an ETA of December 8th-14th of 2024 for my 2025 XLT FX4 in Eruption Green to be delivered to my dealership. That's from the Ford chat. It's is finished in production as of today and I still don't have a window sticker sadly. I have also heard they were holding AWD Hybrids only for 4-6 weeks just to make sure they were good and not the FWD hybrid or the Ecoboost ones. But I also maybe wrong on that. I guess we will see soon though.
