Need Help Getting Maverick

I would like to buy a Maverick. My essential (required) specs are AWD, 4K towing, and Co-Pilot 360 (or at least Lane Assits, Blind Spot, and Evasive Steering).

I don't have a preference between 2024 or 2025, color, engine, etc.

I'm having a very hard time locating one available.

And, due to time constraints, I would like to execute the transaction online (wire funds, send driver's license, proof of insurance, etc.) and have the truck delivered.

I know this is a tall order, but does anyone know how I can make this happen?

I am in Sullivan County, NY (near Ulster and Orange counties).

And, Ford wants to send the info to the dealers to get in touch with me.

You can't buy from Ford.... you have to buy from a dealer.

You can search for AWD on the Ford inventory search.

Or call a local dealer and have them search for Mavericks that would work for you.
Dealer's can search for all of those individual features on "vehicle locator plus".

There are quite a few around w/ AWD 4K tow and Co-Pilot 360 in New York, Philadelphia and Pittsburg regions, including many in-transit from the plant.

Unfortunately, Ford does not offer the ability to drill-down to the option level you are expecting, nor do they offer online ordering without including the dealer. They ain't Tesla,

Just my last comment, open the powertrain option, and select AWD, not 4WD. 4WD is only available on the Tremor, and Tremor does not offer 4K towing. Selecting a Lariat will automatically include the 360 Co-Pilot. Not knowing your budget or color preference leaves a lot of choices to look thru.

I have reached out to quite a few dealers and they are not particularly easy to work with.

Buying 100% hands off is starting to become a red flag for auto theft via identity fraud. My dealership almost got scammed out of a raptor like this. Luckily the container it was in at the port was randomly opened and customs found it headed to Africa from the port in New York. We were under the impression it was going to Texas, but they had arranged their own shipping. We were able to recover the truck, but had to fly to New York and drive it back. If it hadn’t been for that random search though, we would’ve lost that truck to scammers. This may be why you aren’t finding any dealers willing to play ball. You can go in person to your local dealer and they can find you a truck in locator. They are likely concerned about this deal being on the up and up. I don’t blame them.

Ugh. I just don't have the time (or patience).

I can wire the funds, send them my driver's license, proof of insurance, etc. Oh well.

You can narrow the search to exactly what you want by selecting the filters on the left side.

TruDat. Most are not easy to deal with.

But if you really want a Maverick truck and you want to pick & choose the options and you don't want to wait on order placement, you'll have to work with them to find a truck that checks your must-have boxes.

It's the law in all states. Ford would prefer the Tesla business model. But their hands are tied by the obsolete dealership business model.

Best move is to go to Autotrader. Filter by Ford Maverick, XLT, and then choose 4k tow option. Then you can look for ones that don't have the blind spot mirrors (that is a CP360 truck), or has some markings on the left side of the stalk.

I’m in Michigan & plenty on dealerships all over… you can search autotrader.com for instance
