New wheels and tires on my FX4

Just installed today, AlphaEquipt Grenade rims with Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail tires

I did like the FX4 rims but I thought the truck really needed some contrast on the wheels

will take it out on a test run tomorrow

Will be putting the FX4 rims and tires up for sale once I get them cleaned up

Those look nice on there. I have to say, I also think the black wheels are not as attractive as brighter ones like you've put on here. Maybe down the road....

What size tires?

Not a big fan of the wheels, they look like '08 F-150 wheels. However I absolutely love the tires.

Really nice upgrade on both wheels and tires. Agree that black or navy trucks need a just little pop on the wheels to look balanced. Your wheels are a nice balance. Also love the wild peaks … i run 245/60/18 on my hybrid lariat.

Might be a bad reflection but it looks like your tire place scratched the rims pretty good.

Yes they have a second valve stem, not needed for the Mav, it’s used for airing up or down for off-roading.

Sorry it’s the lube they used to install the tires, didn’t have time to clean them off yet, damn time change, was starting to get dark.

Wheels are weird! Everybody loves their own wheels, and nobody likes anybody else's wheels. Whatever you paid for your wheels is a totally wasted investment because the next owner will just dump them in the recycle bin, but that's OK because it's your truck, and you don't really care what anybody else thinks. Tires are different. I think we all agree that your tires are awesome. Thanks for posting and giving us all a chance to comment.

I can't make myself spend money on wheels to replace wheels on a new vehicle. BUT, these look really nice!

Seriously though, I agree that it is highly subjective.

Thanks, I understand, I did get a great deal on the wheels, they were under 125 each on tirerack, marked down from 275 each
Could not pass them up
