When did you place your order? Mine was placed and confirmed 6/14. When 4 months had passed without any word, I called Ford. Here's the number: (800) 334-4375. It takes awhile on hold (30-45min), so expect that. I spoke with a very nice person who understood my frustration. Later that day I asked my dealer what my Priority Code was and they said it was 2...! Then someone here told me a dealer can only get it up to Priority Code 10. It's a regional manager who can get it to 2. So I surmise that when I called Ford the kind person changed my Priority Code to 2. Not sure. But the next week (Oct 21st) I finally got scheduled for December 13th AND got a VIN #. So now I can track. But so far I can't see the window sticker.I spoke with Ford today…. And I have a question about build emails…. Are only Priority 10 orders being built? I’m priority 19 and Ford tells me only the dealer can change it. My dealer seems not to care., any help is much appreciated,
