People selling products have no ties to FORD's warranty. Including Shelby and RTR. They are private companies. If a dealer choses to back their products that's on them. Even still, FORD can deny the warranty for the modifications done, even after the dealership says otherwise. Would they? Likely not.

And pucks are pucks. There is nothing good about them for suspension. The end. There is ZERO difference between and RTR puck and a RC puck. Materials used, maybe, but the angles and changes made are the same.
Where exactly did I say that Ford would warranty it?

Never said you did. I said your assumption that one brands product in this category vs. another brand is irrelevant and has no ties to FORD and their warranty.

It's clear you are not comprehending the subject.

We know you are modded and most that do the mods seem to take this category very personal. It's not. You made the choice. Good luck with it. An early failure report doesn't point to FORD after said modifications, it points to the modifications. FORD has made that very clear. Dealerships that are warranty-ing the product usually do not mention the pucks after a failure unless they want to deny the work. Why? Warranty work pays the bills.

It is clear that you are not comprehending the part where I said the manufacturers I mentioned works directly with Ford.

Again. Irrelevant.

Happens to be more relevant than you mentioning warranty.

Engineers working with engineers during the design process of a product is so irrelevant.

Ok, so message RTR and ask them if FORD can still void a warranty after using their strut pucks.

If you don't, I will.

Where exactly did I say that FORD couldn't?

You above said that I never said they couldn't.

Email them and ask, do you honestly think it effects me?

Did you wake up wanting to be condenseding and decide to put words in people's mouths?

Baloo, let it go bubba. You are failing to understand your apples to oranges comparison on this subject and associating it with every product being designed by said companies being "okayed" by a FORD engineer. It's bullshit. Sorry man, it's total bullshit.

I said the above mentioned companies unlike others work with Ford engineers.

You saying they don't is what is a lie. You putting words in my mouth and being condenseding is what is bull manure.

Now you are putting words in my mouth? lol

Again, you association of their partnerships for one off vehicles are not the same thing here as their products being okayed by FORD. If you buy an RTR puck for your Maverick, it isn't any better than an RC puck. Your original comment was that it was. Simply because RTR has worked with FORD in the past. It's apples to oranges man.

The vehicles you are commenting on are $100k plus performance vehicles and NONE of them use pucks for suspension. Not a single one. Wonder why? The SHELBY F150 outsources to FOX suspension. None of that shit is covered by a FORD warranty. It's a SHELBY warranty, sold by SHELBY authorized dealers. They are two different companies that USE FORD's... not make them.

There are countless reports of SHELBY vehicles being denied for warranty work by FORD. Here's one:

And here is both Shelby and ROUSH's statement on warranties:

https://www.shelby.com/Resources/Shared/Supplement_Manuals/2020_MustangSupplemental_Manual.pdf

https://roush.my.site.com/RPPhelp/s/article/Are-ROUSH-Warranties-Transferable#:~:text=Because the ROUSH warranty assumes, party during the warranty period.

Get it now?
It's the same for RTR and ROUSH too. Both are no longer covered by FORD. They assume warranties via the 3rd party modifier.

And again, where did I once mention warranty?

So you arebsaying Ford engineers and the above mentioned by me engineers do not work together to develope things? If so that is a lie.

If you were able to comprehend you would know that is exactly all I was saying. Never said all or implied all products.

No clue what your issue is and why you chose to put words into others mouths or be condenseding. I truly hope it is because you are behind a screen and do not do that in person because I am positive you would not get the same response.

lol yes you did. You association of quality with an RTR puck vs. an RC puck was just that. And no, the "engineers" are not working together to the degree you are associating them. Proof in that is the transfer of the warranty from FORD to said 3rd party companies.

Lastly, you are only mad because you took it personal as you continue to misunderstand your associations of quality. Do not ever threaten me. I would respond to you the exact same way in person, you can believe that. If you are getting angry over our discussion, that's on you and further confirms how personal you've made this.

If you want to get froggy, don't be vague. Passive aggressive keyboard warrioring only goes so far before it results in a ban. So just say it or walk away. Nothing about this conversation has warranted your last response and I am not being condescending, you are simply failing to understand the basic concept. Get over it and take a break.

No o didn't, you mis comprehend that.

No threat was made or implied, again comprehending is not your cup a tea. Funny, you accuse others of not comprehending but clearly you are the one who jas the issue.

I have a 2022 Maverick XL 2WD with 74000 miles. My truck did the whole washing machine vibrating and took it to my mechanic. My front drivers side axle is going out. I'm hopeful she can find a replacement part. Ford needs ro see this for what it is, a defect that needs to be recalled.

There is a thread on here addressing the design flaws of the CV axels and options to fix it via aftermarket manufacturers that have agreed to make them. Enough people have had issues that some industrious person went out to find replacements. Here is to hoping Ford figures it out on their own.
Any word on those aftermarket ones??

I'm 14,500 mi in on my '24. Otherwise, like the truck quite well.
Same here, just changed my oil and noticed a wet greasy mark on the axle passenger shaft. Gonna order some axles and try to swap these out when it gets worse or really noticeable because right now there is no vibrations or noises.

Stock height eco with 4k

Wonder if the new Lobo has the same trash CVs. Maybe those are manufactured better of from a different supplier.
