That sucks. I assume you've already done this, but if you haven't, follow up with the dealership that took your order.

That's strange. Unless it has something to do with being a 2025? I had ordered my 2024 on April 9th and received a confirmation email that same day. And then 2 days later I had a schedule build date. I wonder if the dealer got the wrong email address.

I just contacted the dealer and he was checking on it. I've checked my spam, not there. I really don't want to go backm2cweeks in the order list.

The dealer should help. They lose money if Ford doesn't build the truck! (My guess is the dealer either screwed up and didn't place your order, or gave Ford incorrect contact info for you.)

I also ordered on 8/2 and never got a confirmation email. Both my dealer and the live chat on the Ford website confirmed by order is in and the dealer confirmed the email was entered correctly. My salesman warned the system is buggy and lots of folks don’t get the email…guess we are on that list.

Often the dealer can has not provided your contact information (email address) to Ford. Believe that is a requirement of their system, but perhaps they mis-typed it.

My dealer called. They confirmed the order went to Ford. No confirmation from Ford yet.

Good luck! The confirmation should help you feel better, but I know I wouldn't really feel confident until I got the email from Ford.
I waited over 5 months for mine to be scheduled for production (it won't be produced for another month), and even though the dealer gave me the VIN Friday a week ago and I could look it up, I didn't really believe it until Ford finally sent me the email the following Tuesday.

I have not received an email either. But I confirmed the order by chatting with Ford. I also made a change to my order today so I'm pretty sure my order is there.

Mine was ordered Aug 7th. Got the Order Confirmation from Ford that day. '25 Hybrid AWD Lariat with 4k Tow.

Thanks to all for your suggestions and ideas. I just finished a "Chat" with Ford and my truck is in the system and I also got an email to confirm my email address. I'm happy with the outcome.

I ordered mine on 8/1, dealer submitted on 8/2 and I received my confirmation on 8/15 from Ford.com
