The front guards attach the same in both versions. The Ford rears have 5 attachment points compared to the 3 on these. I like the Ford guards because they are molded, but yet they lack the extra coverage.I'm not disagreeing. But I can't tell how you can tell that from the video. They look rigid to me like the Ford flaps. I'm not saying I like them but I can't tell how they look cheap. Plastic is plastic. I do like they cover the area better than the Fords. They appear to have a stronger my supportive connection with the vehicle than the Fords.
I'm not sure it I want floppy rubber ones flopping all around either. I just have a hard time spending $150 for something I don't have to install them on. Not sure if the return policy extends until next year in case I never get a build date. So I'm not spending anything yet. Sorry, I did buy a keychain from eBay.
