I could not use points at discount, or I guess I don't know how. I have option to use points, or go to checkout and apply discount there. No option to use a discount on points.

I entered the code and clicked 'apply discount' and then there is an empty box that you have to type how many points you want to use and then I believe there is a box to click that says 'redeem points' or something like that. I agree is wasn't the easiest checkout experience getting everything to take. I thought that clicking the 'redeem points' box would just work but they make you type how many points you want to use first.

If you're logged in it's literally a step you have to go through in checkout before entering your payment. I just redeemed them all this morning, which is why my balance shows 0.

I think they expire in 2 years if you don't touch them at all since the date they gave me was 2 years after I bought my Maverick. I believe using any amount of points for an accessory or an oil change restarts that clock if I understand correctly but I used all of them at once.

I think they expire in 18 months now.

I got the soft roll-up tonneau cover, cost me $129.00.
Used all my points and 15% off. The cover is originally $389. from Ford. I like it.

Of course they come out with a 25% discount code after I purchased over three hundred bucks worth of accessories last month. Luckily I had found a 20% discount code for the last purchase, but still that extra 5% discount would have been nice.
