I used FordPass points during an earlier promotion and it wouldn't take. Don't know whether it was because I was cashing in points, or the purchase was too small, or a bait-n-switch.

I used the 20% discount to purchase the Tufskinz black matte letters for the tailgate and used Ford points. It was shipped to my local dealer and I picked up yesterday.

Yeah... saw that... a day after I ordered my Lund textured hood protecter.... still got 15% off, and having shipped to local dealer for pickup eliminates ship $ too!

Plus.. dont forget to use your Ford cash if you got any left!

Should show up on Ford official app after registering/creating an account, adding new vehicle after purchase, and/or parts purchase thru app sign in on Ford.

Want to say (if remembering correctly) one gets about $100+ bucks in points for new vehicle purchase, and so much % in parts purchases. Can be used on app and at dealership - bought some fluids for my Superduty with it at dealer parts dept.

As a side note, my local Ford dealer (Pugmire Ford of Bremen) does not precipitate in the "ship to dealer" program, which Ford confirmed. I find that very interesting. I called the parts counter and they ordered it for me and let me use my points and the 20% discount. So there's that LOL

Interesting.... I placed my order for the hood prorector using the app and it let me pick my dealership to send it too.... hmmm. Assumed (we all know what that means) that since they receive parts on a near daily basis for warranty/service, would just include it on the next truck?
